Improving Jeju’s drinking culture
Province, police, Hallasan Soju aim to combat alcohol-related violence

The provincial government, provincial police, and Hallasan Soju want to build a healthy drinking culture on the island.

Representatives from the three signed an agreement Wednesday morning at police headquarters. The goal for their joint project is to improve safety in Jeju.

Among their plans are an educational program and social media campaigns about eradicating alcohol-related violence.

지역사회 건전한 음주문화 정착을 위해 제주도청과 제주지방경찰청, 한라산 소주가 뜻을 모았습니다.

이들은 오늘 오전 제주지방경찰청에서 업무협약식 체결하고 범도민적인 건전한 음주문화와 안전한 제주를 만들기 위한 공동프로젝트를 벌이기로 했습니다.

특히 제주도내 주취폭력 근절을 위한 SNS 홍보활동은 물론 문화교육 프로그램 운영 등 범도민적인 캠페인을 진행하는데 협력하기로 했습니다
