3. Local gasoline prices fall
Down ￦15/liter in week ending February 13

Local gasoline prices, which had been on the rise since mid-January, have again started to retreat.

According to the Korea National Oil Corporation’s Opinet, gas was going for an average of 1,390 won per liter on February 13th. That’s 15 won lower than the previous week.

The corporation projects current price levels to continue in the short term. Analysts say it will take some time for the domestic market to reflect rising international oil prices.

제주 휘발유 가격 지난주 대비 하락

지난달 중순 이후 오름세를 보이던 제주지역 휘발유 값이 다시 내림세로 돌아섰습니다.

한국석유공사 오피넷에 따르면 12일 기준 제주지역 휘발유 가격은 리터당 1천 396원으로 지난주에 비해 10원 이상 하락했습니다.

한국석유공사는 국제유가가 다소 상승하고 있지만 국내제품가격은 시차를 두고 반영되는 만큼 당분간 비슷한 가격대가 이어질 것으로 내다봤습니다.
