3. Jeju City shortens processing time for construction permits
Reporting managerial changes and construction delays made easier

The City of Jeju is streamlining the process for construction permits.

The construction authorization department can directly authorize managerial changes and construction delays for small scale buildings and residential department districts without prior internal consultations.

The City will revise the architectural authorization manual next month and will distribute them accordingly.

제주시가 건축 인.허가 민원 처리 시간을 단축합니다.

이에따라
소규모 건축물과
택지개발지구의 건축관계자 변경 신고나 착공 연기는
부서 협의 없이
인.허가 부서에서 자체 처리하도록 했습니다.

제주시는 이 같은 내용을 담은
건축 인.허가 매뉴얼을 다음달 안에 작성해
민원인에게 배부할 계획입니다.
