3. Apartment Prices in Jeju still in decline
Prices show signs of stabilization in rest of nation

Prices of apartments in Jeju are continuing to decline.
The Korea Appraisal Board says apartment prices in Jeju have fallen 0.07% in the span of a week.

Apartment rental jeon-se (전세) prices are also dropping, and has already decreased 0.09% since last week, while apartment prices nationwide, however, are showing signs of stabilization and have not dropped significantly.

이번주 제주지역 아파트 매매가격은
전주보다 0.07% 떨어지며 하락폭이 확대됐습니다.

아파트 전세가격 역시
전주보다 0.09% 하락하며 내림세를 이어갔습니다.

전국적으로 아파트 매매가격은
지난주 대비 하락폭이 축소되거나
강한 보합세를 보인 곳이 많았습니다.
