Jeonse deposits fall as well

Apartment prices in Jeju continue to drop, marking seven consecutive weeks of decline.

The Korea Appraisal Board said that prices fell by 0.03 percent from the first to the second week of April.

Jeonse, a form of lump-sum deposit usually in the tens to hundreds of millions of won, dropped by 0.07 percent last week, showing a downtrend for the past 14 weeks.

However, the fall in both apartment prices and jeonse is smaller than the week before.

전주보다 0.03% 하락했습니다.

아파트 전세가격 역시 전주보다 0.07% 떨어지며
14주째 내림세를 기록하고 있습니다.

다만, 아파트 매매가격과 전세가격 모두
전주보다 하락폭은 축소됐습니다.
