4. Social Agreement Council to mediate in 2nds airport dispute
National park expansion plan is main conflict

The Jeju Social Agreement Council will mediate the conflict between plans to construct the new airport and expand the Hallasan National Park.

The council will prioritize resolving the current conflict as well as issues surrounding the second airport.

Each division of the committee will play an arbitrary role by conducting on-site studies and meeting with interested parties.
