Jeonse deposits fall as well

Local apartment prices continue to drop, marking eight consecutive weeks of decline.

The Korea Appraisal Board said prices fell by 0.01 percent last week, compared to the week before.

Jeonse, a form of lump-sum deposit usually in the tens to hundreds of millions of won, dropped by 0.13 percent last week, showing a downtrend for the past 15 weeks.

The fall in apartment prices has grown smaller, whereas the fall in jeonse became larger.

15주째 내림세를 기록하고 있고
하락폭도 확대된 것으로 나타났습니다.
