3. Local garlic purchase price at \3,000 per kg
This year’s yield drops 2% due to smaller cultivated area

The purchase price of locally produced garlic has been set at 3,000 won per kg, the same as last year.

The local garlic cooperatives announced that this year’s garlic purchase price was set based on the garlic yield, amount of stored garlic and management condition of other regions.

Garlic will be harvested from 2,000 hectares of land this year, which is a 5 percent decrease from last year. Garlic yield is also expected to fall by 2 percent from that of the previous year.

올해산 마늘 수매가격을
이 같이 책정했다고 밝혔습니다.

올해 제주지역 마늘 재배면적은 2천여 헥타아르로
지난해보다 5% 가량 줄었고
생산량도
2% 정도 감소할 것으로 예상되고 있습니다.
