JPDC 'Happy House' ratio of 6.1 applicants per apartment

According to Jeju Province Development Corporation, the average ratio of successful applicants for 'Happy House' public housing units provided by the JPDC in Hallim, Songdo and Hamdeok areas is 6.1 to 1.

A detailed report showed that 52 people applied for 16 housing units in Hallim.

Samdo 1-dong and Hamdeok-dong showed a very high competition with 39 and 43 applicants, respectively, competing for 3 additional public housings in each district.

The local development corporation will announce people moving into Happy Houses in Hallim during August. Prospective occupants will move in from the second half of the year.

첫 입주자를 모집한 한림 행복주택은
오는 8월 중
당첨자와 예비입주자를 발표하고
입주는 하반기부터 이뤄질 예정입니다.
