1. Crackdown on illegal distribution of emergency support funds
Violators subject to punishment by law

Jeju province is cracking down on illegal distribution of government emergency disaster support funds.

The crackdown mainly targets the act of converting prepaid cards into cash, refusal of accepting emergency prepaid cards as payment, and shifting the burden of merchant fees to consumers.

In the case of illegal distribution or unfair trade, not only will the subsidies be confiscated but involved parties are also susceptible to punishments according to the relevant laws.

The government is also planning to cancel registration of illegal distribution stores immediately.

주요단속대상은
선불카드의 현금화 행위와
긴급재난지원금의 카드 결제 거절,
가맹점 수수료의 이용자 부담 등입니다.

부정 유통 또는 부당거래를 하다 적발될 경우
지원금 환수는 물론
관련법에 따라 처벌받을 수 있습니다.

또 부정유통 가맹점에 대해서는
즉시 등록을 취소한다는 방침입니다.
