Secondary small business loan limit raised to ₩20M
Owners can apply for 1st and 2nd loans simultaneously
The government will expand the secondary loan limit given to small business owners suffering the fallout from COVID 19.
The Financial Services Commission (FSC) unveiled the plan on the 15th and asked commercial banks and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund to take measures to make the new loan regulations operational from the 23rd.
As a result, secondary loans given out by commercial banks that have been limited to 10 million won for each small business will now be increased to 20 million won.
Small business owners will also be able receive both the first and second loans simultaneously.
