Jeju travel satisfaction level dropped to 3.96
54.9% cited high price level as dissatisfaction factor
After COVID-19, the revisit rate of tourists to Jeju island has increased, but the overall satisfaction rate has declined.
According to the results of a survey conducted by the Jeju Tourism Organization of 3,400 tourists who visited Jeju last year, the travel satisfaction level dropped to 3.96 for the second consecutive year.
As for the primary cause of dissatisfaction, 54.9% of the respondents cited expensive prices, which nearly doubled from 29.1% in 2019.
The rate of Korean tourists who revisited Jeju island more than two times was 80%, an increase of 10.4% from the previous year. With total travel spendings of 500,000 won per person, it marked an increase of 37,000 won from the previous year.

실태조사를 실시한 결과
여행 만족도는 3.96으로 2년 연속 하락했습니다.
불만족 사항으로는
비싼 물가를 꼽은 경우가 54.9%로,
지난 2019년 29.1%보다 두 배 가까이 늘었습니다.
반면
2차례 이상 재방문한 내국인 관광객은 전체의 80%로
전년보다 10.4% 이상 증가했고,
지출 경비는 한 사람당 50만 원으로,
전년보다 3만 7천 원 올랐습니다.
