Number of unsold houses decreases by 90 units
Number of unsold housing units records 1,131

The number of unsold houses in the province has shown a slight decrease from the previous month.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the number of unsold housing units in the province in March marked 1,131 units, which is a decrease in 90 units from the previous month.

As for the number of unsold houses by region, Seogwipo City and Jeju City recorded 674 and 457 units respectively.

Since September 2017, the total number of unsold houses in Jeju has reached 1,000.

제주지역 미분양 주택이 소폭 감소한 것으로 나타났습니다.

3월 제주지역 미분양주택 물량은
1천131호로 전달보다 90호 감소했습니다.

지역별 미분양주택은
서귀포시가 674호,
제주시 457호로 나타났습니다.

제주지역은
지난 2017년 9월 이후
미분양주택이 1천호를 넘고 있습니다.
