ICC Jeju Comprehensive Audit Reveals Results

The Jeju Audit Committee's comprehensive audit of the Jeju International Convention Center revealed a number of points.

The Committee conducted an overall audit of the work promoted by the Jeju International Convention Center for the period of five years between January 2017 to December of last year, demanding thirty two administrative and two personnel disciplinary measures to the province.

Identified misconducts include omission of audit data requested for contracts including one the size of 10 billion won, lack of effort to resolve financial losses since 2018, and failure to comply with recruitment regulations.

The audit committee also called for disciplinary action against employees involved in mismanagement during the recruiting process.



제주도감사위, ICC제주 종합감사…34건 조치 요구

제주국제컨벤션센터에 대한 제주도감사위원회의 종합감사 결과 지적사항이 무더기로 나왔습니다.

제주도감사위원회는 지난 2017년 1월부터 지난해 12월까지 5년동안 제주국제컨벤션센터에서 추진한 업무 전반에 대한 감사를 실시해 32건의 행정상 조치와 2건에 대한 신분 조치를 제주도에 요구했습니다.

주요 지적사항은 100억대 수의계약과 관련해 요구한 감사자료를 누락해 제출한 사례와 2018년부터 지속적으로 재정적 손실이 발생하고 있는데도 이를 해소하려는 노력이 부족한 점, 직원 채용 과정에서 공개 채용 규정을 지키지 않은 점 등입니다.

감사위는 이 밖에 공개채용 과정에 부적한 업무 처리자에 대해 징계처분을 요구했습니다.
