Additional victims have been identified in connection with an illegal filming incident that occurred in the girls' restrooms of a middle school in Jeju.

According to the Jeju Provincial Police Agency, digital forensic analysis of the mobile phone belonging to the suspect, referred to as 'A,' revealed that the filming took place over the course of two days starting on the 15th, in various locations including the female staff restrooms within the school.

Notably, additional victims have been discovered beyond the initially identified female teacher.

'A' is a juvenile offender under the age of 14. He has been transferred to family court without detention on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence. ‘A’ has reportedly stated that he committed the act out of curiosity.

'A' was caught on the 16th filming while hiding in the female staff restroom at the school he attends.

제주도내 중학교 여자화장실에서 발생한
불법촬영 사건과 관련해 추가 피해자가 있는 것으로 파악됐습니다.

제주경찰청에 따르면 피의자인 중학생 A군의 휴대전화 디지털 포렌식 결과 불법촬영은 지난 15일부터 이틀동안 교직원 여자화장실을 포함해 교내 화장실 등에서 수차례에 걸쳐 이뤄진 것으로
확인됐습니다.

특히 최초 피해 여교사 외에도
추가 피해자가 있는 것으로 알려졌습니다.

A군은 만 14살 미만의 촉법소년으로,
성폭력 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반 혐의로
가정법원에 불구속 송치됐으며
호기심에 범행했다고 진술한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

한편, A군은 지난 16일
자신이 재학중인 중학교에 있는
교직원 여자 화장실에 숨어
휴대전화로 불법 촬영하다 적발됐습니다.
