Jeju Island has recorded the lowest fine dust concentration in the country for 9 consecutive years.

The Jeju Provincial Institute of Health and Environment revealed that, based on continuous monitoring of fine dust levels, Jeju has maintained the lowest concentration nationwide since 2015.

Last year, the fine dust concentration in Jeju was 14㎍/㎥ (14 micrograms per cubic meter), which is lower than the levels in Seoul (20㎍/㎥), Gyeonggi Province (21㎍/㎥), and Busan (16㎍/㎥).

초미세먼지 농도를 상시 모니터링한 결과
지난 2015년부터
전국 최저 수준을 유지하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

지난해 제주지역 초미세먼지 농도는
14㎍/㎥(세제곱미터 당 14마이크로그램)으로
서울 20, 경기 21, 부산 16㎍/㎥ 보다 낮았습니다.
