To promote consumption during the year-end and New Year season, Jeju is implementing measures to stabilize livelihoods.

On the 27th, Deputy Governor Jin Myong-gi (진명기) held a briefing and announced that the province would focus on revitalizing the local economy with a range of support measures.

Key measures include the resumption of Jeju Tamnaneunjeon Pay Point Accumulation, a traditional market agricultural and livestock product refund event for the Lunar New Year, expansion of public work job opportunities, interest subsidies for financially vulnerable groups, and support for small business management stability.

Additionally, Jeju plans to accelerate the execution of 60% of next year's total budget in the first half of the year and inject 1.7 trillion won into social infrastructure projects to stimulate the construction sector.

Furthermore, the province, in collaboration with local organizations, will launch a consumer promotion campaign to revitalize local businesses and will make full efforts to recover the regional economy.

제주도가 민생 안정 대책을 마련해 추진합니다.

민생 살리기에 집중하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

주요내용을 보면
탐나는전 포인트 적립 재개와
설맞이 전통시장 농축산물 현장환급행사,
공공근로 일자리 확대,
금융취약계층 이차보전금 지원,
중소기업 경영 안정 지원 등 입니다.

또 내년 전체 예산의 60%를
상반기에 조기 집행활 수 있도록 하고
건설 경기 부양을 위해
사회간접 자본 분야에
1조7천억 원 규모의 재정을 투입합니다.

이 밖에도 제주도는
도내 주요 단체와 함께
지역 상권 활성화를 위한
소비 촉진 운동을 펼치는 등
민생경제 회복에 총력을 기울이겠다고 밝혔습니다.
