The official price of apartments, used as a basis for various tax calculations, has fallen for a second consecutive year.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, the official apartment price for January 1st this year shows a 1.23% decrease in Jeju compared to the previous year.

The drop in price has narrowed by 0.85 percentage points from last year's 2.08% decline.

There are approximately 154,500 apartments in the region, and the median price, when ranked by size, is 141 million KRW.

가운데 있는 가격인 중위값은 1억 4천100만원으로 조사됐습니다.
