Since its launch in March this year, the Tamna QR payment platform has seen widespread use by various consumer groups, including foreign tourists.

According to the Province, the platform recorded payment transactions totaling 2.4 billion KRW over the past two months.

Payment data shows that 900 million KRW came through the Tamna app, 1.3 billion KRW via overseas payment apps such as Alipay, and 200 million KRW through domestic payment apps.

The platform is linked with 50 different apps, including 28 domestic payment companies and 21 international ones. In Jeju, around 14,000 merchants are registered to accept payments via the platform.

50개사의 애플리케이션과 연동되고 있으며
도내의 경우 1만 4천개소가 가맹점으로 등록돼 있습니다.
