5. Various programs to commemorate World Natural Heritage designation
Hikes, seminars, art contests, etc.

The province has organized a number of activities to commemorate the July 2nd anniversary of Jeju gaining UNESCO World Natural Heritage designation.

The offerings include a training program for children who want to inform people about the island’s cultural heritage, an English language camp, and a cartoon character contest.

Also, the residents in towns with natural heritage designations will join guides and other guests for seminars, discussions, and international trekking events.

제주특별자치도가 세계자연유산 등재 기념일인 7월 2일을 전후해 다양한 프로그램을 개최합니다.

주요프로그램을 보면 세계자연유산 어린이 해설사 양성 프로그램과 영어캠프, 만화.캐릭터 공모전 등입니다.

또 유산마을 주민과 해설사 등이 참여하는 세미나와 토론회, 국제트레킹 행사도 마련됩니다.
