Successful bids in only 61 of 160 auctions

There has been a spike in the number of land auctions in Jeju.

GG Auction, which analyzes court auctions, says there were 160 in Jeju last month. That’s over 100 more than in September.

Only 61 resulted in a transaction, though, leading to a successful bid ratio of 38 percent.

GG Auction analysts say dozens of pasture plots in (구좌읍) Gujwa-eup and fields in (오라동) Ora-dong failed to attract buyers.

There were also 30 residential properties in Jeju put up for auction last month, and they attracted an average of 11 bidders each: double the number from the month before.

지난달 토지 경매 급증…낙찰률은 낮아

제주지역 토지 경매 진행건수가 크게 증가했습니다.

법원경매 전문분석센터 지지옥션에 따르면 지난달 제주지역 토지경매 진행 건수는 160건으로 전달보다 100건 이상 증가했습니다.

진행된 토지 경매 가운데 낙찰건수는 61건에 불과해 낙찰률이 38%에 머물렀습니다.

지지옥션은 구좌읍 목장용지와 오라동 소재 밭 수십여 건이 경매에 나와 유찰된 것으로 분석하고 있습니다.

한편, 지난달 제주 주거시설 경매는 30건이 진행됐고 평균응찰자수는 전달보다 2배 증가한 11명을 기록했습니다.
