4. Innovation City agencies plan community engagement activities
Charity work, other programs in November

The public organizations that relocated to the Innovation City in Seogwipo have announced plans to give back to and forge closer bonds with the local community.

The Government Employees Pension Service, the National Institute of Meteorological Research, the Korea Foundation, and the Overseas Koreans Foundation have designated November as a special month for community activities.

The organizations plan to help locals in need through an event designed to improve interagency communication, a kimchi-making and donation activity next week, and other programs.

혁신도시 이전기관 지역 상생 활동 전개

서귀포시 제주 혁신도시로 이전한 공공기관들이 지역 상생활동을 펼칩니다.

공무원연금공단과 국립기상과학원, 국제교류재단, 재외동포재단은 이달을 '혁신도시 상생의 달'로 정하고 다양한 상생활동을 전개하기로 했습니다.

이들 기관들은 기관 간 소통 단합 행사를 시작으로 다음주에는 김장나누기 봉사활동을 실시하는 등 어려운 이웃돕기 프로그램을 진행할 계획입니다.
