3. Students can pay college tuition in installments
New payment system to start 1st semester of 2020 at the earliest

Students will be able to pay their college tuition in installments.

The National Assembly's Education Committee held a plenary session on Wednesday to vote on the revision bill of the Higher Education Act

The revised bill will allow students to pay college tuition at least in two installments per semester.

If the revision bill passes at the National Assembly’s regular session, it could be applied as early as the first semester of next year.

이같은 내용의 고등교육법 일부개정법률안을 의결했습니다.

개정안은
학기별 대학 등록금을
2회 이상 분할 납부할 수 있도록 했습니다.

국회 본회의에서 통과할 경우
이르면 내년 1학기부터 적용이 가능할 것으로 보입니다.
