4. Jeju Energy Corporation to hold public recruitment for CEO
Governor Won disapproves previous JEC’s recommendations

The Jeju Energy Corporation will publicly recruit its CEO again as Governor Won Hee-ryong disapproved all of its previous candidate recommendations.

The corporation will hold an executive meeting within this week to finalize the schedule to publicly recruit its 4th CEO.

JEC had previously recommended two of the six candidates that applied for the position from November 16th.

However, Governor Won announced that he will not select the final candidate out of the two recommendations; thus, JEC is re-nominating candidates for the job.

에너지공사는
이번주 안에 임원추천위원회를 열고
제4대 사장 재공모 일정을 확정하기로 했습니다.

앞서 에너지공사는
지난달 16일부터 사장 후보로 접수한
6명 가운데 2명을 압축해 원 지사에 추천했습니다.

하지만 원 지사가 이들 가운데
최종 후보자를 선정하지 않겠다고 통보함에 따라
재공모 절차를 밟게 됐습니다.
