Central Park Apartment in Yeon-dong hits high selling prices
Records competition rate of 49 to 1

The housing lottery competition rate of the Central Park Apartment in Yeon-dong, Jeju City, which was at the center of controversy over high selling prices, recorded 49:1.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, a total of 1,274 people flocked to the 26 units of the 84 square meter apartments, showing a competition rate of 49:1.

In addition, the 154 square meter units also recorded a minimum applicant ratio of 5:1.

Meanwhile, the sale price of this apartment reached 36.9 million won per 3.3 sqm which is the highest price in the province, prompting the introduction of a price ceiling system.

한편 이 아파트는
분양가가 3.3제곱미터당 최대 3천690만원으로 최고가를 기록하면서
분양가 상한제 도입을 촉발하기도 했습니다.
