Increase in number of online family relation registration in Seogwipo
74 online cases recorded last year

The number of family relation registration made online has been gradually increasing.

According to Seogwipo City, there were 74 cases of online registration of family relations reports last year, including 65 renaming cases, 8 births, and 1 correction in the family relations register.

In particular, the number of registrations made online has been increasing every year with a jump from 35 in 2018 to 67 in 2019.

The Seogwipo City officials explained that full time employees find it difficult to pay visits during working hours, and many prefer the convenience of the non-face-to-face method.

온라인을 통한 가족관계등록 신고가
점차 증가하는 것으로 나타났습니다.

서귀포시에 따르면 지난해 가족관계등록 온라인 신고는
개명 65건, 출생 8건, 가족관계등록부 정정 1건 등
74건을 기록했습니다.

특히 온라인을 통한 신고는 지난 2018년 35건에서 2019년 67건 등으로 매년 건수가 증가하고 있습니다.

이는 민원인들이 직장 생활 등으로 인해
근무시간 내 방문이 어렵고 비대면 민원처리 방식을 선호하기 때문으로 풀이됩니다.
