More Pollution Monitoring Networks
New networks to include Micro dust indicators

Air pollution monitoring networks which measure micro dust levels will be expanded to other cities. The provincial government announced that air pollution monitoring networks will be installed at (화북동) Hwabuk-dong and (강정동) Gangjeong-dong in November.

The installed monitoring network will provide data
on fine dust, ultrafine dust, wind direction, wind speed and
other various atmospheric information.

Currently, a total of eight air pollution monitoring networks
have been under operation in Jeju.



대기오염측정망 확대…화북·강정동 추가

미세먼지 등을 측정할 대기오염측정망이 확대됩니다.

제주도는
다음 달 제주시 화북동과 서귀포시 강정동에
도시대기측정망을 설치하기로 하고
이 같은 내용을 공고했습니다.

측정망은
미세먼지와 초미세먼지,
풍향, 풍속 등의 대기 정보를 측정해
도민에게 제공하게 됩니다.

현재 제주에는
제주시와 서귀포시 8곳에
대기오염측정망이 설치돼 운영되고 있습니다.
