NACF Leads Radish Exports

The Seongsan branch of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation has been designated as the first leading organization in the nation for winter radish exports.

The designation will support the branch with approximately
200 million won per year from 2022 for
branding and distribution efficiency.

It is expected that price negotiation power
will be increased through making a unified export channel
for winter radishes and
increase production volume control.

Winter radishes are leading exports in Jeju along with mandarin oranges. Last year, the amount of exports recorded 3.44 million dollars.



성산농협, 전국 최초 월동무 수출 선도조직 지정

성산일출봉농협이 전국에서 처음으로
월동무 수출 선도 조직으로 지정됐습니다.

수출 선도조직으로 지정되면서 수출 브랜드 단일화와 물류효율화 등으로
내년부터 연간 2억원 가량을 지원받게 됐습니다.

특히 월동무의 수출창구 일원화를 통해 가격 협상력을 갖추고
생산량 조절 효과도 기대할 수 있을 전망입니다.

월동무는 감귤과 더불어 제주도 대표 수출품목으로
지난해 수출액은 344만달러를 기록했습니다.
