Complex Center Pushed Forward

The construction of a complex center for a community and sports in Seogwipo City is being pushed forward to replace the Seogwipo Civic Center.

Seogwipo City is planning to finish administrative processes,
and working to start the construction in January of next year.

The complex center will be built two stories underground and three above ground level at the site of the Seogwipo Civic Center
in (동홍동) Donghong-dong with a total investment of 30.5 billion won.
The center will be equipped with a theater, an exhibition hall,
a swimming pool and an auditorium.

The construction is aimed to finish in December of 2023.

옛 서귀포시민회관을 대체할
서귀포 시민문화.체육복합센터 건립사업이 본격 추진되고 있습니다.

서귀포시는 시민문화.체육복합센터 실시설계용역 등
행정절차를 다음달까지 마무리하고
내년 1월부터 공사에 들어간다는 계획입니다.

시민문화.체육복합센터는 동홍동 옛 서귀포시민회관 부지에
사업비 305억원을 투입해 지하 2층, 지상 3층 규모로
공연장과 전시실, 수영장, 다목적 강당 등을 조성하게 됩니다.

준공은 오는 2023년 12월을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
