91 Additional Public Hires
The provincial government is planning to increase the number of public servants by 91 positions.
The plan includes creating supporting teams
of compensation for the April 3rd Incident
and the two city offices to add a total of 22 workers.
The additional 22 new hires follow the decisions to update and establish various laws including:
the Local Government Act which led to detachment of the HR division the Road Traffic Act; the Act on the Promotion of Development of Environment-friendly Motor Vehicles and; the National Basic Living Security Act.
56 new public servants will be hired to promote emergency issues and manage new facilities.
The additional manpower will enhance the modernization of public sewage treatment facilities, fine dust issues and support for small business owners to help recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
On the other hand, nine workers will be reduced through internal restructuring.
The provincial government will notify the revision bill which includes the plan for increasing the number of employees and the bill will be submitted at the provincial council’s provisional meeting held next month.
'공무원 91명 증원' 추진…4·3보상금지원팀 신설
제주특별자치도가 공무원 91명의 증원을 추진합니다. 주요내용을 보면 제주도와 행정시에 4.3 보상금 지원팀을 신설하고 22명을 증원합니다. 또 지방자치법 개정에 따른 도의회 인사권 독립을 비롯해 도로교통법과 친환경자동차법, 기초생활보장법 등 각종 법령이 제개정됨에 따라 필수인력 22명의 증원을 추진합니다.
이와 함께 공공하수처리시설 현대화사업과 미세먼지 대응, 단계적 일상 회복을 위한 소상공인 지원 등 긴급 현안 업무 추진과 신규 시설물 관리를 위해 56명의 인력을 보강한다는 계획입니다. 대신 인력 재배치를 통해 자체 조정으로 9명을 감축합니다. 제주도는 이같은 내용의 을 증원하는 내용의 행정기구 설치와 정원조례 개정안을 입법예고하고 다음달 열리는 도의회 임시회에 제출할 예정입니다.
