Recovery Donation for April 3rd Altar

(양봉천) Yang Bong-cheon, the former president of the Association for (현의합장묘) Hyeonuihapjangmyo April 3rd Incident bereaved families, has donated 10 million won to the Jeju April 3rd Peace Foundation for restoration of an altar in the Jeju April 3rd Peace Park that was recently damaged by an arsonist.

Yang said that he wanted to make a meaningful donation
to the restoration of the altar to help relieve the pain of bereaved families.

Meanwhile, in August of last year, Yang donated 32 videos to the Jeju April 3rd Peace Foundation that had recorded excavation of remains and burial services in 2003.

4·3 평화재단에 기탁했습니다.

유족으로서 뜻깊은 기탁을 하고 싶었다며
위령제단 복구로
아픔이 치유되길 바란다고 밝혔습니다.

양 전 회장은 지난해 8월에는
2003년 현의합장묘 유해발굴과 하관식을 기록한
비디오테이프 32점을 재단에 기증한 바 있습니다.
