School Fire Truck Safety Survey

A factual survey on the difficulty of access to schools by fire trucks
will be conducted. Lawmaker (오영훈) Oh Young-hun said that a
revision bill of the Educational Facilities Safety and Maintenance Law
has been passed by the National Assembly.

The bill stipulates that the Ministry of Education and National Fire Agency investigate cooperatively
the difficulty of access to school facilities by fire trucks and
follow-up measures can be requested to supervisory agencies
or people in charge of school facilities.

모든 학교를 대상으로
소방차 진입 곤란 여부에 대한 실태조사가 이뤄집니다.

오영훈 의원은 이같은 내용을 골자로 한
'교육시설 등의 안전과 유지관리 법률' 개정안이
국회 본회의를 통과했다고 밝혔습니다.

이번 법률안에는 학교시설에 대한 소방차 진입곤란 여부를
교육부와 소방청이 합동으로 조사하고
이에 대한 후속조치를 교육시설장이나 감독기관의 장에게 요구할 수 있도록 명문화했습니다.
