Jeju Apartment Prices Fall, Despite Nationwide Trend

While apartment prices across the country have returned to an upward trend, the province continues to see a decline.

According to the Korea Real Estate Information Agency, in the fifth week of last month, the selling prices of apartments in the region decreased by 0.05% compared to the previous week while rental prices of apartments in Jeju declined by 0.03% compared to the previous week.

In contrast, nationwide apartment selling prices have been showing an upward trend since the middle of last month.

Experts attribute the ongoing downward trend in Jeju's apartment prices to the stagnant housing market, where the recovery of buyer sentiment remains elusive.

전국의 아파트 가격이 상승세로 돌아선 반면

지난달 다섯째 주 도내 아파트 매매가격은
전주와 비교해 0.05% 하락했습니다.

이와 함께 도내 아파트 전세가격도
전주 대비 0.03% 떨어지며 하락세가 지속됐습니다.

반면 전국 아파트 매매가격은
지난달 중순 상승 전환한 이후
오름세를 보이고 있습니다.

부동산 업계는
주택시장 침체로 매수심리가 회복하지 못하면서
도내 아파트값이
하락세를 이어가고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
