The stagnant housing market in the Jeju region will significantly improve this month.

According to the Housing Industry Research Institute, the housing market outlook index for Jeju this month stands at 75, showing an increase of 19.5 points compared to the previous month, recording the largest increase nationwide.

The institute explained that this reflects growing expectations for new housing projects, as the Jeju Development Corporation has expressed its intention to invest 71.9 billion won this year in supplying public housing.
