Among the 10 individuals who completed the Jeju Olle Trail, 9 stated their intention to rechallenge the trail, citing improvements in mental, social, and physical health.
According to a survey conducted by the Jeju Olle Foundation, the Korean Association for Health Promotion, and the Korea Environment Health Research Institute, among 572 respondents who completed the Jeju Olle Trail, 97.2% reported an improvement in mental health after completing the trail.
87.2% reported improvements in physical health, and 88.1% reported improvements in social health after completing the trail.
Furthermore, 9 out of 10 expressed their intention to rechallenge the trail.

올레길 완주 후 정신적 건강이 좋아졌다고 응답했습니다.

사회적 건강이 좋아졌다고 응답한 비율도 88.1%로 집계됐습니다.
또 10명 중 9명 꼴로
재완주에 도전할 의사를 나타냈습니다.
