To enforce speeding regulations, unmanned speed monitoring devices will be expanded.

The Provincial Police Department announced that unmanned traffic enforcement devices will be installed at 11 locations on public roads, totaling 31 units.

Following a three-month trial period enforcement will begin on May 27th.

Especially on Namjo(남조) Road, where speeding vehicles have increased after the expansion,
Roads will be monitored from Sumang(수망) Intersection that leads up to Let’s Run Farm.

The Police Department stressed the importance of adhering to speed limits as a preventive measure against traffic accidents.

제주특별자치도 자치경찰단은
일반도로 11개소에 무인 교통단속 장비 31대를 설치해
앞으로 3개월 동안 홍보와 계도기간을 거쳐
오는 5월 27일부터 단속을 시작한다고 밝혔습니다.

특히, 확장 개통 후 과속 차량이 증가하고 있는 남조로에서는 수망교차로에서 마사회 제주목장까지 구간단속이 이뤄집니다.

자치경찰단은
교통사고 예방을 위해 제한속도를 준수해 줄 것을 당부했습니다.
