Governor Oh Young-hun has nominated Kim Ae-sook(김애숙), former Secretary-General of the Jeju Provincial Council, as the second Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs.

Nominated as the first female Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs in the history of the provincial government, candidate Kim was born in Jeju and graduated from Jeju National University with a degree in Public Administration. Kim brings her, over 40 years of experience in public service.

The Province explains that nominee Kim is considered suitable for fostering smooth communication and cooperative relationships with the council.

Following review by the Jeju Provincial Council a public hearing will be scheduled for the nominee.
