Election posters of candidates for the 22nd National Assembly election will be posted at around 860 locations.


The election posters will feature the candidate's information, including photo, name, education, and career.

Anyone may raise objections to any inaccuracies with the relevant election management committee.

On the other hand, anyone who damages or removes election posters without valid reasons will be subject to penalties under the Public Official Election Act, including up to two years of imprisonment or a fine of up to four million won.



선거벽보 도내 860곳 게시…훼손·철거 시 처벌

제22대 국회의원선거 후보자의 선거벽보가
유권자의 통행이 많은 장소의 건물이나 외벽 등
도내 860여 곳에 첩부됩니다.

선거벽보에는
후보자의 사진과 성명, 학력, 경력 등이 게재돼 있고
거짓이 있다면
누구든지 관할선관위에 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.

한편 정당한 사유 없이
선거벽보를 찢거나 낙서를 하는 등
훼손하거나 철거하면
공직선거법에 따라
2년 이하의 징역 또는 400만 원 이하의 벌금에 처해집니다.
