Both Jeju City and Seogwipo City have announced and made available a review of individual housing prices as of January 1st of this year and will operate a period for review and objection applications until May 29th.

The announced target for this decision includes approximately 100,000 households, with a total value of 15.3 trillion won, which has decreased by more than 0.5% compared to last year.

Housing price reviews can be conducted at the city hall tax office, at community centers, or on the Real Estate Public Announcement Prices website.

Houses that have objections filed will undergo re-investigation. Prices will be announced on June 27th.


개별주택가격 결정·공시…내달 29일까지 열람

제주시와 서귀포시 양 행정시가 올해 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격을 결정 공시하고 이번 달 29일까지 열람과 이의 신청 기간을 운영합니다.

이번 결정 공시 대상은 10만여 호, 15조 3천억여 원으로 지난해 대비 0.5% 넘게 하락한 것으로 나타났습니다.

주택가격 열람은 시청 세무과 또는 읍면동 주민센터와 부동산공시가격알리미 누리집에서 가능합니다.

이의 신청된 개별주택은 재조사와 심의 등을 거쳐
오는 6월 27일 결정 공시하게 됩니다.
