According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of March, there were 2,485 unsold houses in Jeju-do, the same as the previous month.

After completion, the number of unsold houses reached 1,239, an increase of 12 from a month earlier, again setting a new record high.

The number of housing transactions in March was 533, a 37.2% decrease compared to last year's, indicating a continued slump in the real estate market.

다 짓고도 팔리지 않는 제주지역 준공후 미분양 주택이 또 다시 역대 최대치를 기록했습니다.

국토교통부에 따르면 지난 3월 제주도내 미분양주택은 2천 485호로 전월과 같았습니다.

이 가운데 준공후 미분양주택은 1천239호로
한 달 전보다 12호 증가하며 또 다시 역대 최고치를 경신했습니다.

지난 3월 주택 매매거래량은 533건으로 지난해 같은 달과 비교해 37.2% 줄어드는 등 부동산 시장 침체가 이어지고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.
