Jeju province has introduced additional equipment to strengthen seafood safety management after contaminated water was released from Japan's nuclear power plant.

In addition to the gamma nuclide radiation analyzers already owned, a tritium analysis device was installed in November last year, and more equipment will be introduced by August this year.

So far, no abnormalities have been detected in the radiological tests conducted on agricultural and marine products, processed foods, and ingredients supplied for meals in daycare centers and schools within the province.

일본 원전 오염수 방류에 따라 제주도가 추가 장비를 도입해 수산물 안전 관리를 강화합니다.

기존에 보유한 감마핵종 방사능 분석기 외에
지난해 11월 삼중수소 분석장비를 설치했고
이어 오는 8월까지 감마핵종분석장비를 추가 도입합니다.

현재까지 도내에서 유통되는 농수산물과 가공식품, 어린이집이나 학교 급식용 납품용 식재료에 대한 방사능 물질 검사 결과 특이사항은 발견되지 않고 있습니다.
