Jeju Apartment Subscription Outlook Index Recovers to 90s.

According to the Housing Industry Research Institute, this month's apartment subscription outlook index in Jeju rose to 90.5, an increase of 8.1 points from the previous month, returning to growth after a month.

The institute analyzed the recent shift in housing trends in popular areas of the capital region and the government's announcement of plans to use REITs to address unsold houses, which has spurred optimism.

이달 제주도내 아파트 분양전망지수는 90.5로
전월 대비 8.1포인트 오르며
한 달 만에 상승 전환했습니다.

연구원은
최근 수도권 인기지역의 집값 상승 전환과
정부가 발표한
리츠를 활용한 미분양 주택 해소 방안이
지방 분양시장에 기대감을 불어넣은 것으로
분석했습니다.
