The Jeju Police Agency is planning to establish a new intelligent transportation system that will extend from next year up to 2034.

The Jeju Police Agency will conduct a consulting service by the end of this year to establish the basic direction and a phased implementation strategy.

The focus will be on analyzing the current state and challenges of the local transportation system and, based on that, formulating an optimized plan tailored to the region's unique characteristics.

According to the 2015 intelligent transportation master plan, advanced traffic management projects and the installation of left-turn responsive signals were carried out.

These 16 projects generated an estimated economic impact of 300 billion won over four years.

최적화된 기본계획을 수립하는데 초점을 맞추게 됩니다.

앞서 지난 2015년 수립된 지능형 교통체계 기본계획에 따라
첨단교통관리사업과 좌회전 감응신호 구축 등
16개 사업을 추진했으며
이로 인해 최근 4년간
3천억 원대의 경제효과를 올린 것으로 분석됐습니다.
