Multi-Child School Priority Age Limit Removed

The age restriction for multi-child families to receive priority school placement has been removed.

The Jeju Office of Education announced the new 2025 middle school admission guidelines, which amend the Education Act.

Under the new guidelines, the previous age limit of 18 for multi-child priority placement has been eliminated.

This means starting next year, middle school students from families with three or more children will receive priority placement at schools near their residence, regardless of age.
