Jeju Province has become the first in the nation to begin selling green hydrogen.
Jeju has set the price of green hydrogen at 15,000 KRW per kilogram, considering production and supply costs.

However, with the production cost expected to reach 19,800 KRW next year, Jeju plans to allocate 1.5 billion KRW in next year’s budget to support fixed costs, including labor and transportation.

Currently, green hydrogen is only available at the Hamdeok(함덕) charging station.

Jeju aims to expand the production of green hydrogen and sales to enhance economic feasibility.


전국 최초 그린수소 판매 시작…kg 당 1만 5천 원

제주도가 전국 최초로 그린수소를 판매합니다.

제주특별자치도는 그린수소 생산과
공급비용을 고려해 판매가격을 kg당 1만5천원으로 책정했다고 밝혔습니다.

다만 생산단가가
내년에 1만9,800원으로 예상되는 만큼
인건비와 운송비 등 고정비에
내년도 예산 15억 원을 투입해 지원할 예정입니다.

그린수소 판매는
현재 함덕 충전소에서만 가능합니다.

제주도는 앞으로
그린수소 생산과 판매 규모를 확대해 경제성을 확보해 나갈 계획입니다
