Province, tax office to work together

In related news, the provincial government will work with the district tax office to prevent real estate speculation at the site chosen for Jeju’s second airport.

The agreement was made Wednesday during a meeting between Governor Won Heeryong and Jeju Tax Office Chief (장일현) Jang Il-hyun. They reportedly discussed ways to deal with suspected cases of real estate speculation in the Seongsan region.

Earlier this month, the province opened a center for countermeasures against real estate speculation... and the district tax office set up a team tasked with clamping down on illegal real estate transactions.

제주도는 이번 달부터 부동산투기대책본부를 설치해 도민 신고센터를
운영하고 있으며 제주세무서에서도 법인세 탈루 법인과 기획부동산을 단속하기 위한 부동산투기신속대응팀을 설치했습니다.
