Spring expected to be warmer, wetter than normal
Regional office of meteorology also forecasts 4.7 days of yellow dust

Weather experts say this spring will be both warmer and wetter than usual.

The Jeju Regional Office of Meteorology said Tuesday that temperatures in March and early April will be a bit below average, but that the mercury will hit normal levels in mid-April, and then keep rising past average by the time May rolls around.

It also projects higher-than-average rain in March and April… with the precipitation level expected to drop somewhat in May.

Finally, yellow dust is forecast to cover the skies for 4.7 days this spring, which is on par with previous years.

특히, 5월에는 고온 현상을 보일 때도 있을 것으로 내다봤습니다.

3월과 4월에는 평년보다 강수량이 많겠고
5월에는 평년과 비슷한 경향을 보일 것으로 전망됩니다.

한편, 봄철 황사발생 예상일수는 4.7일로
평년과 비슷할 것으로 예상됩니다.
