Hallasan Gosari Festival April 23-24
Variety of events in Namwon-eup, Seogwipo

Jeju’s bracken fern festival… or the Hallasan Gosari(고사리) Festival will take place April 23rd and 24th… in Namwon-eup, Seogwipo.

This year’s festival will include events such as picking wild bracken ferns, cooking with them, and walking along a path of gosari.

And for the first time, the annual festival will include a gosari photo exhibition, an animal farm, and a make-your-own handicraft booth for children.

All proceeds from the sideline events will be donated to to the Community Chest of Korea.

다음달 23~24일, 한라산 고사리축제 개최

한라산 청정 고사리축제가
다음달 23일과 24일 이틀 동안
서귀포시 남원읍 국가태풍센터 서쪽에서 열립니다.

'생명이 움트는 남원읍,
몽클락헌 고사리와 함께'를 주제로 열리는 이번 축제에서는
고사리 꺾기, 음식 만들기, 고사리길 걷기 등
다양한 체험이 마련됩니다.

특히 고사리 사진 전시회를 비롯한
동물농장 체험, 어린이 공예체험 등의 프로그램을 추가해
기존 축제와 차별성을 기울이고 있습니다.

남원읍 축제위원회는
일부 프로그램에 체험료를 받아 사회복지공동모금회에 기부하는
나눔축제로 만들어간다는 계획입니다.
