Appraised land values in Seogwipo to be released April 12
May be viewed April 12-May 2 at participating community service centers

People will be able to check the appraised value of land in Seogwipo beginning Tuesday.

The city says the information will be available at its public service center and community centers from April 12th through May 2nd.

The prices for the 222,000 plots of land are as of January 1st this year.

Landowners who wish to have their land reevaluated can submit a request stating their reason and the price they think is fair. The requests will be examined and a decision on whether to reevaluate will be announced by May 31st.

서귀포지역에 대한 개별공시지가가 오는 12일부터 공개됩니다.

서귀포시는 12일부터 다음달 2일까지
종합민원실과 각 읍면동주민센터 등을 통해
개별공시지가를 열람합니다.

이번 열람은 올해 1월 1일을 기준으로 산정된 개별공시지가
22만 2천여 필지를 대상으로 이뤄집니다.

공개된 공시지가에 대해 이의가 있을 경우 그 사유와 가격을 기재해
서귀포시청이나 읍면동주민센터로 제출하면 되고,
재조사와 심의 과정을 거쳐
다음달 31일 결정하게 됩니다.
