Apartment price growth slows
First slowdown in 20 months

The rise in Jeju apartment prices is slowing for the first time in 20 months.

In the latest report by the Korea Appraisal Board, as of April 11th, apartment prices are holding steady this month, compared to March.

This is the first time since August 2014 that apartment prices here have not risen month-on-month.

The Korea Appraisal Board attributes the slowdown to the widespread expectation of an adjustment in the housing market in the near future.

아파트 가격이 보합세로 전환된 것은
지난 2014년 8월 이후 20개월 만에 처음입니다.

한국감정원은 앞으로 주택가격이 조정단계에 들어갈 수 있다는
관망세가 이어지며 보합세로 전환 된 것으로 분석하고 있습니다.
